New Recruitment procedures

This Diploma Thesis is focused on new procedures in recruitment. Special attention is primarily given to online recruitment and coherent social networks. The major objective is to assess recruitment procedure in a particular company, especially whether and to what extent the company focuses on external environment, accepts current trends and applies new methods of recruitment. Based on superior enquiry, the analysis of current state of the recruitment process was made. As a next step, using comparison of this analysis with the theoretical foundations led to identification of weaknesses and strengths of the process. It was found that analysed company is trying to accept new trends, however, there were identified drawbacks, which could be eliminated by introduction of formulated optimization proposals.
Use of Internet for Talent Acquisition

This diploma thesis presents the current knowledge on the use of internet for the purpose of talent acquisition. Its main objective is to determine to what extent organizations emphasize this knowledge in practice. For this purpose the first chapter refers to the academic compilation of talent management concept. The aim is to define the term of talent within the talent management concept as well as within the personal management. The second charter presents the academic compilation in the field of recruitment focused on specifics in talented individuals acquiring. The third chapter presents current knowledge of internet recruitment. Next chapters focus on recruitment in practice by analyzing the online recruitment documentation of three specific organizations. Based on this analysis, it is apparent, that the surveyed organizations accentuate current trends to a large extent. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the career pages and then based on the analysis specify best practices. Analysis of the recruitment process in a selected company and the design and implementation of improvements

This thesis is devoted to recruitment and information technologies that support this process. The aim was to get recruitment process in concrete company more efective. The theoretical part deals with concepts and perspectives on the recruitment process as well as information technologies supporting HR field and webdesign innovations. In the practical part was analyzed the current status of the recruitment process and career sites, as the strongest source of candidates in a concrete company. There were identified weak points. Based on this analysis have been implemented new e-recruitment application and new career site that eliminate these weak points. The last part of thesis was based on real measurements evaluating the benefits of implemented changes.
